The following is a list of cakes available for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries or other special celebrations. They are prepared in our kitchen by Huw Griffiths, the RAMW's 2007 Pastry Chef of the Year. They can be customized for your event with tiers, fresh flowers or inscriptions. Certain requests will incur additional charges.
Milk Chocolate and German Chocolate Layer Cake:
Layers of chocolate cake,
milk chocolate ganache, and coconut pecan filling
Lemon Raspberry Mousseline Cake:
A rich butter cake with a sweet lemon curd cream filling, raspberry coulis,
and vanilla buttercream frosting
Coconut Carrot Cake:
Layers of carrot cake filled with vanilla mascarpone cheese, pineapple, mango and papaya, frosted with toasted coconut pieces
Bittersweet Chocolate Hazelnut Meringue Truffle Torte:
Layered chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, toasted hazelnuts,
and hazelnut praline cream
Espresso Gâteau:
Light butter cake soaked in espresso syrup, layered with an espresso tiramisu filling,
decorated with mocha buttercream and toasted almonds
Vanilla Blackberry Layer Cake:
Layers of white cake soaked in blackberry coulis
with vanilla mascarpone mousse
Chocolate Dulce de Leche Dacquoise:
Layers of nut meringue with chocolate ganache
and dulce de leche mousse
